Fees

I do not accept insurance. Each treatment plan is individualized for each client and not dictated by the limitations of managed care. I operate on a fee for service basis. Payment is due in full at the time of service. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged at the full fee. If you have health insurance, you may request a "superbill" to submit for reimbursement. Cash and credit cards are welcomed for payment
